Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining building systems and adherence to safety protocols.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building components.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems and general building maintenance.
• Serve as point of contact during emergencies and support security of facility grounds and assets.
• Coordinate with Facilities Manager and other teams to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
