Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and building infrastructure.
• Document maintenance activities and report issues to supervisor.
• Provide guidance to entry-level technicians and assist with their development.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized services.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly to minimize operations disruption.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
