Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certification preferred.
• 3-5 years of building maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Install, maintain, and repair machinery and building infrastructure.
• Keep detailed maintenance records and report to supervisor.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians and coordinate with contractors.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean, organized work space and comply with safety standards.
