Job summary

The position is full-time, daytime hours with responsibilities including painting, minor repairs, equipment maintenance, and proper storage of tools and supplies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years of maintenance or related experience.
• Ability to read and follow policies and procedures.
• Strong safety awareness and sound judgment.
• Good communication with vendors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties and general maintenance across sites.
• Maintain cleanliness of buildings, playgrounds, and parking areas.
• Paint, repairs, and touch-ups of interior/exterior surfaces.
• Repair lights and classroom equipment; maintain tools.
• Travel to other sites as needed.
