Job summary

Big Canyon Country Club, a private country club in Newport Beach, seeks a full-time Facilities Technician 2 to participate in all engineering and maintenance operations across the club.

You will maintain building systems, perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen and laundry equipment, and manage HVAC/plumbing to ensure guest safety and comfort. A strong attention to detail and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge and experience of commercial industrial maintenance including mechanicals, stored energy, painting and general maintenance tasks.
• Experience repairing mechanical, electrical,厨房? and laundry equipment.
• Certified Pool Operator preferred.
• 5 years of maintenance experience required.
• Hospitality, country clubs, luxury resorts or hotels experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all building systems and the building to ensure safety of members, guests, employees, and vendors.
• Perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, kitchen and laundry equipment.
• General maintenance such as drywalling, lighting, painting and functionality improvements.
• Manage and repair HVAC and plumbing systems to guarantee operation.
• Address potential safety hazards to prevent injuries.
• Perform pool maintenance including chemical balance and pumps/filters upkeep.
• Process work orders as assigned.
• Maintain inventory records for equipment and supplies.
• Operate and manage the Club's Computerized Maintenance Management System.
