Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, SC is seeking a Building Tech, Level I to join our facilities team. This is a full-time, onsite role working 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

The candidate must have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid SC driver's license, and at least one year in Building Tech Level I. Responsibilities include navigating physical tasks, reading blueprints, and applying Life Safety codes.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid SC driver's license.
• Must have worked in the Building Tech, Level I position for at least one (1) year.
• Must have the ability to do physical activities such as lifting, climbing ladders, crawling in tight areas and extensive mobility.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions. Have a general understanding of Life Safety codes.
• Must have a basic understanding and knowledge of hospital's electrical, HV AC, and plumbing systems.
• Computer keyboard knowledge. Good positive communication and people skills.
