Qualifications

• GED, high school diploma, or equivalent maintenance experience required.
• Two+ years in building maintenance, facilities, or related environment preferred.
• General knowledge of building systems, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and mechanical repairs.
• Ability to read instructions, safety data sheets, equipment manuals, and work orders.
• Ability to prioritize, work independently, and coordinate with supervisors and vendors.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Forklift, aerial lift or related trade training is a plus.
• Manufacturing or industrial facility experience preferred.
• Ability to lift/move materials as required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings, grounds, utilities, and access areas; identify hazards and take corrective action.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on doors, walls, plumbing, basic electrical, lighting, and related equipment.
• Support operation and maintenance of HVAC, chillers, air handlers, and life-safety systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe facility; support housekeeping, waste removal, and spill response.
• Operate hand and power tools safely per training and manufacturer requirements.
• Complete work orders, logs, and documentation; communicate status to management.
• Coordinate and monitor contractors for repairs, landscaping, janitorial, and HVAC services.
• Respond to facility emergencies and power/lighting issues promptly.
• Assist with moves, signage, and storage organization; support audits and inspections.
• Follow safety procedures and protect confidential information; maintain professional relationships.
