The incumbent will also provide basic remodeling functions including demolition of walls, drop ceilings and flooring as well as installation of carpet tile, VCT tile, ceramic tile and assembly of modular office furniture and office/classroom appliances and fixtures. The incumbent will operate, and use required tools and equipment skillfully and safely, perform strenuous physical labor, follow oral and written instructions, and keep daily computerized records. Additionally, the incumbent will prioritize personal workflow, read, comprehend, and work from plans and prints, maintain cooperative working relationships, and demonstrate sensitivity to and respect for a diverse campus population.
