Job Description : Overview :

Support maintenance and repair of facilities and utilities systems including HVAC electrical plumbing and building infrastructure. Under direct supervision you ll ensure smooth operations by performing preventive maintenance coordinating with vendors and assisting in facility upgrades.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform maintenance on systems like HVAC power plumbing compressed air and more
• Manage preventive maintenance through Maximo system
• Support equipment installations and minor build-outs
• Escort contractors and ensure security compliance (badging CCTV)
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and quality standards
• Assist and mentor junior technicians

Qualifications :

• 2 4 years of maintenance experience (medical / healthcare setting preferred)
• Skills in HVAC plumbing electrical and general maintenance
• Basic computer skills (Word Outlook)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
