Job summary

Bally is seeking a maintenance worker for our South Lake Tahoe property. You will handle a range of tasks including building, HVAC, plumbing, pool, and electrical issues, while keeping guests satisfied and safe. You will coordinate with team members and document work and materials used.

Attention to safety and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience with OSHA guidelines and a willingness to obtain any required licenses is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• OSHA Certification required.
• Must be able to obtain any required State, County and/or Local licenses/registration, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders for maintenance issues on property (building, HVAC, plumbing, pool, electrical).
• Interacts professionally with guests.
• Responds to emergencies as requested.
• Coordinates work with other maintenance personnel.
• Prepares records related to work performed and materials used.
• Follows safety requirements per OSHA.
