Job summary

Neighborhood Healthcare is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to keep sites safe and functional, performing repairs under supervision. The role involves carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and working with SharePoint to manage work orders and reporting.

Preferred candidates have one year of maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and a valid California driver’s license. You’ll join a team dedicated to quality care and community service in Riverside, with a daytime schedule Monday

Qualifications

• One year of experience in building maintenance and repair.
• High school completion preferred; vocational/technical courses are a plus.
• Valid CA driver’s license and insurance within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-skilled and skilled facilities maintenance work under supervision.
• Assist with repairs of carpentry, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Create and execute work orders using SharePoint; assist in reports.
