Job summary

Neighborhood Healthcare is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to keep our facilities safe, functional, and well-maintained in Riverside, CA. You will perform carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs under supervision, manage work orders in SharePoint, and assist with reports and safety tasks.

We value reliability, basic record-keeping, and teamwork. A High school diploma or vocational training is preferred, and a CA driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in building maintenance or similar role.
• High school diploma preferred; technical training valued.
• Strong computer skills and basic record-keeping abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of semi-skilled and skilled maintenance tasks (carpentry, plumbing, electrical) under supervision.
• Assist with cleaning, repairing fixtures, doors, locks, windows, and furniture.
• Create and manage work orders, track repairs, and assist with reports.
