Job summary

Harmon, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Facilities Technician I to maintain and service buildings and equipment at our manufacturing facility. You will perform light maintenance tasks, operate basic tools, and assist with preventative maintenance under close supervision.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 0–2 years of related experience. A valid driver’s license and ability to read blueprints are required, with potential for weekend shifts and exposure to a manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service, and repair buildings and equipment.
• Perform light painting and plumbing tasks.
• Operate light trucks and power tools safely.
• Document maintenance activities and findings.
• Support preventative maintenance activities as needed.
