Job summary

Athletic Brewing in Milford is seeking a Facilities Technician I to perform maintenance on brewing, packing, and support equipment at the Milford Brewery. You will operate in clean, safe spaces and document maintenance using our CMMS, contributing to production reliability and quality.

Ideal candidates have facilities or mechanical experience, strong time management, and a collaborative mindset. We offer a competitive hourly rate and benefits aligned with a growing craft brewer.

Qualifications

• Previous facilities or mechanic experience required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CMMS experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong technical understanding of brewing, packing, and support equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe maintenance areas and proper cleanup after tasks.
• Respond to production questions and document findings.
• Complete PMs and update CMMS with parts and notes.
• Assist in pump rebuilds and instrument calibration.
• Independently complete PMs on packaging, brewing, and support equipment.
