Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont in Charlotte, NC is hiring for a Facilities Maintenance role responsible for ensuring the upkeep of the Goodwill Opportunity Campus and the Construction Skills Training Center. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, relevant certifications, and experience in HVAC, plumbing, and facilities management. A valid driver's license is also required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in maintenance work.
• Experience with HVAC systems is required.
• Valid Driver's License (Class C) required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts weekly facilities checklist and documents issues.
• Performs preventive maintenance on air conditioning units.
• Manages quotes and scopes for capital improvement projects.
