Job summary

Lpc is seeking a Building Engineer I in Andover, Massachusetts, responsible for maintaining and operating building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Your role will involve routine maintenance, addressing tenant requests, and ensuring systems operate safely.

The ideal candidate will have at least a high school diploma, two to three years of relevant experience, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards. You will work closely with senior engineers and directly contribute to building operations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related experience or commensurate certification.
• Ability to read and write English for reports and manuals.
• Proven track record for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections of building systems.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and contractor oversight.
