Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to three years of job‑related experience or commensurate certification/trade experience.
• CFC Certification preferred or willingness to obtain as requested.
• Familiarity with blueprints and code requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and elevate issues as needed.
• Interact with tenants and contractors to support smooth building operations.
