Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; technical school certs preferred.
• 2–3 years building maintenance experience across carpentry, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.
• Ability to read plans and schematics; strong problem-solving and communication.

Responsibilities

• Inspect facility and troubleshoot/repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Perform interior/exterior maintenance including painting, drywall, lighting, and sidewalks.
• Operate equipment for preventive maintenance and cleanliness.
• Assist Marketing and Local Leasing with events and cart placement/repair.
• Maintain inventory, MSDS, supplies, and safety records.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance per management.
• Maintain logs of activity and perform exterior custodial duties as needed.
• Work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
