Job summary

Freeman Health System in Neosho, Missouri, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform skilled and general upkeep across our facilities. You will maintain and repair building systems and equipment, and refer to qualified contractors when needed.

Responsibilities include ensuring safe operation of electrical/electronic systems, carpentry on construction projects, groundskeeping, and enforcing security rules. The role requires a clean driving record and a Vo-Tech certificate or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Vo-Tech certificate or equivalent in building systems maintenance.
• Experience with HVAC/refrigeration preferred.
• Strong attention to safety and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Performs skilled and general maintenance at all Neosho facilities and facilities maintained by the Neosho Facilities Management Department.
• Repairs, maintains and monitors building systems and equipment; refers to qualified contractors when needed.
• Ensures safe operation of electrical/electronic systems and equipment; performs general carpentry on projects.
• Maintains grounds; promotes security by patrolling facilities and parking areas; documents actions.
• Enforces Freeman Neosho property parking/traffic rules.
