Qualifications

• Experience in general custodial and grounds keeping tasks.
• Knowledge of heat pumps and refrigeration preferred.
• 2nd class Minnesota state boiler's license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general custodial tasks including removing trash and washing windows.
• Assist with building maintenance and construction work.
• Completing other duties as assigned.

Skills

Excellent hospitality and interpersonal skills

Ability to read, write and communicate in English

Education

High school diploma or GED

Certified pool operator license or certificate
