Job summary

Oriental is seeking an Associate, Facilities (Handyman) based at Oriental Center in Hato Rey with travel across Puerto Rico. You will perform maintenance, minor repairs, and support facilities services for bank offices, branches and warehouses.

Expect to handle carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, furniture assembly, and delivery/pickup tasks while ensuring safe, clean, and efficient operations across the island.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 6+ years in a handyman/facilities role.
• Knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting basics.
• Ability to identify issues and recommend fixes.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and upkeep of facilities and grounds.
• Provide delivery and pickup services to branches and units.
• Replace ceilings tiles, paint, and perform wall repairs.
• Carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs as needed.
• Move modular furniture and office equipment.
• Travel across Puerto Rico to support operations.
• Maintain high service quality for employees and suppliers.
• Assist in maintaining facilities premises.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
