Job summary

This facilities maintenance role in Puerto Rico requires performing maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks across the building and equipment. You will follow safety procedures, estimate time and material costs, and requisition supplies.

Responsibilities include using hand and power tools, reading blueprints, maintaining clean work areas, and coordinating with the EHS team. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, and a technical maintenance background is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical degree in industrial maintenance preferred.
• Two years of factory or maintenance experience.
• OSHA 10 hours preferred; Driver's License may be required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department.
• Performs maintenance tasks to support the facility and equipment.
• Carpentry, plumbing, electrical and machine repair as needed.
• Maintains work area clean and orderly; follows safety procedures.
• Performs preventative maintenance; uses hand and power tools and measuring devices.
• Reads blueprints/repair manuals and documents work performed and costs.
