Job summary

ABM is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support mission-critical infrastructure in the eMobility sector. The role requires handyman skills, basic tool use, and CMMS experience. You will work with a team to perform repairs, maintenance, and equipment preventive tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in maintenance/facility setting.
• Familiar with basic hand tools.
• Experience using CMMS or work order systems (Corrigo or ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Perform general handyman tasks (patch and paint walls, install corner guards and kick plates, replace ceiling tiles, basic carpentry repairs).
• Conduct basic plumbing repairs (unclog sinks/toilets, faucets).
• Support engineering team (HVAC filter replacement, lighting maintenance, inventory management).
• Engage with building occupants regarding repairs and ticket updates.
• Escort vendors and assist with event setup/furniture moves as needed.
• Respond promptly to facility emergencies, spills, leaks, hazards, and other urgent conditions.
• Assess problems, troubleshoot equipment or facility issues, and take corrective action.
• Escalate issues with details and next steps when needed.
