Job summary

Heritage Hotels & Resorts, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Technician to ensure the safe, functional, and well‑maintained operation of our properties in New Mexico.

You will perform routine maintenance across buildings, grounds and equipment, supporting a high standard of guest experience. Responsibilities include responding to work orders, inspecting facilities, and performing tasks across electrical, plumbing, painting, and landscaping.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of facilities maintenance or related experience.
• Working knowledge of general maintenance practices and building systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily maintenance operations under the Director of Facilities.
• Respond to work orders and perform routine and preventive maintenance.
• Inspect buildings, grounds and equipment; address unsafe conditions.
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, tile and landscaping tasks.
• Repair and maintain floors, sinks, showers, walls, windows, roofs, locks and drains.
• Keep tools and work areas clean, organized and safe.
• Support maintenance of pools, spas and hot tubs.
• Uphold safety, sanitation and health standards in all activities.
• Assist with additional maintenance needs as required.
