Perdue Farms is seeking a Facilities Technician at our Salisbury, MD operations. You’ll perform routine maintenance of building systems, plumbing and electrical, inspect for safety, and coordinate with contractors to keep the plant running smoothly.

This role offers a wage target of $21.00–$31.50 per hour, with annual bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, 401(k), disability, and more. Overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years related maintenance experience.
• Perdue Farms QEW Certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance of building systems, plumbing, electrical, and general infrastructure.
• Perform inspections to ensure safety and code compliance.
• Diagnose issues and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
• Respond to plant emergencies and maintain a safe environment.
