Job summary

You will coordinate routine and corrective maintenance, work with vendors, and ensure safe, compliant, and uninterrupted operations.

Responsibilities include inspecting buildings and equipment, coordinating repairs, maintaining records, and preparing spaces for occupancy.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of basic electrical systems (amps, wiring, conduit).
• Ability to use a wide range of hand tools and equipment.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Organized with strong documentation and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Positive attitude with a teachable mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of buildings, systems and equipment to identify issues and ensure safe operations.
• Conduct general building maintenance and repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and light construction.
• Repair malfunctioning equipment and address leaks or other plumbing issues.
• Repaint and maintain building surfaces for a clean, professional appearance.
• Coordinate and oversee vendors for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, locks, and building services.
• Track and report maintenance work orders and corrective actions.
• Ensure work complies with safety, environmental, and company standards.
• Support facility improvement projects and sustainability programs.
• Prepare offices and workstations for occupancy and ensure furniture and equipment are operational.
• Respond to facility emergencies and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Work flexible hours including weekends.
