Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Valid Texas Driver's License and must be 21+ for driver insurance.
• Minimum 5+ years in facilities maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and energy-efficient practices.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Physically able to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and improve facility systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Perform advanced-level troubleshooting and repairs and support special projects.
• Ensure facilities operate efficiently and safely.
