Job summary

A leading multifamily real estate company in Arizona is seeking a Facilities Technician to maintain community grounds and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include cleaning, upkeep of the grounds, and janitorial tasks. Ideal candidates are team-oriented with previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or similar roles. Qualifications

• Willingness to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Ability to interact positively and courteously with team members and residents.
• Prior experience as groundskeeper, landscaper, or related position is especially desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of community grounds and work areas.
• Upkeep of grounds, amenities, and building exteriors.
• Remove trash from exterior grounds and vacant apartments.
• Complete opening and closing duties including property walks.
• Daily cleaning and upkeep of pool(s) and amenity areas.
• Perform janitorial tasks, including power washing.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of community grounds.
