Job summary

Bayonet & Black Horse Golf Course in Seaside, CA, part of Troon, is seeking a Full-Time Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our hospitality-focused team. You will record and log maintenance tasks, perform general cleaning, painting, and assist in installation and relocation of equipment.

This hands-on role offers an hourly wage of $19.00–$21.00, with benefits including healthcare, 401(k) with employer match, PTO, and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Record and log maintenance activities.
• Dig, sweep, shovel, and pressure wash as needed.
• Perform general facility cleaning and painting.
• Assist in installation and relocation of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Record and log maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Dig, sweep, shovel, and pressure wash as needed
• Perform general facility cleaning and painting
• Perform general maintenance duties
• Assist in the installation of new and relocation of existing equipment including dismantling, erection, leveling, fitting, and aligning operations
• Respond to daily facilities work orders and work on special projects
• Install and make repairs to interior walls, tile, carpet, and coverings made of various materials
• Install and make repairs to various hardware, including but not limited to door closures and cylindrical locks
