Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment and grounds.
• Adhere to operational guidelines and code of ethics.
• Attend meetings and participate in staff development activities.
• Coordinate with management for data collection, program evaluation and service contracts.
• Complete work orders promptly and maintain the work order system.
• Ensure safety procedures and proper equipment usage at all times.
• Be available for on-call duties with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
