SpawGlass in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Facilities Technician to support fast-paced field operations on commercial construction and renovation projects, delivering quality workmanship and maintaining a safe site. You will perform light framing, interior/exterior finishes, door installations, and blueprint interpretation, collaborating with project teams to meet plans, schedules, and budget constraints.

Safety and client service are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience as carpenter or technician on commercial construction or renovations.
• Ability to read construction drawings and measurements.
• Attention to detail, teamwork and problem-solving.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials in a fast-paced environment with changing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support field operations on commercial construction projects.
• Perform light framing, interior/exterior finishes, demolition and door installations.
• Read blueprints and ensure work aligns with plans and schedule.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free job site and promote safety.
