Job summary

FormFactor, Inc. in Livermore, CA, is seeking a Facilities Technician Specialist to lead predictive and preventive maintenance across facility systems, with emphasis on cleanroom support and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 4–6 years of related experience and involves monitoring BAS, managing HVAC and plumbing systems, and ensuring safety and quality in a semiconductor fabrication environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4–6 years of related experience.
• Experience reading and interpreting operation manuals, blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Ability to work safely in Semiconductor FAB and lab environments, and comply with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee contractors performing predictive and preventive maintenance on facility systems to maximize uptime.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, document, and support maintenance activities for wastewater treatment and DI water systems.
• Support staff in monitoring cleanroom performance according to Manufacturing and Facilities specifications.
• Utilize the Building Automation System (BAS) to monitor equipment, correct malfunctions, and implement changes.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on building HVAC and plumbing systems.
