Responsibilities

• Maintains building automated controls (thermostats) and equipment in optimum operating condition.
• Maintains an effective water treatment and testing program.
• Maintains steam or hot water piping and support systems; ensures safety and reliable operation.
• Performs preventative maintenance including electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and carpentry tasks as needed.
