Job summary

Wynn Resorts in Las Vegas seeks a qualified maintenance technician responsible for maintaining equipment and fixtures throughout the property's low rise areas, reporting issues to management, and assisting other trades.

The role requires 5 years' commercial experience in electrical, lighting, beverage, plumbing, and basic carpentry, a 4-year apprenticeship, a high school diploma, and the ability to read blueprints and work safely at height; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' commercial experience in installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical and lighting systems.
• Experience with beverage and plumbing systems; basic carpentry skills.
• Completion of a 4-year accredited apprenticeship program; high school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, schematics and sketches.
• Ability to work at heights on ladders and lifts; walk long distances.
• Proficient with trade hand and power tools and safety equipment.
• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain various equipment and fixtures inside the property low rise areas.
• Report all equipment and fixture errors to Management.
• Assist all other trades and crafts with routine and emergency work assignments.
• Respond immediately to all emergency situations and calls.
• Perform duties as assigned by area and Management.
