Move and rearrange furniture and equipment safely.
Clean and maintain offices, elevators, MAC machines, grounds and parking lots.
Maintain plumbing, replace valves, install hot water tanks per codes.
Provide carpentry tasks like hanging items and door closures per codes.
Assist with other duties and projects as assigned.
Follow risk management and compliance policies.
