Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Facilities Maintenance professional to ensure uninterrupted operation and upkeep of building systems, including fire suppression, HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and data center infrastructure. You will troubleshoot, repair, and document system performance and respond to work orders across corporate facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive maintenance experience in commercial facilities.
• Experience with building systems and data-center operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression.
• Monitor building automation controls and diagnose system performance to improve efficiency.
• Respond to daily maintenance work orders and perform basic repairs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of drawings and system configurations.
• Support data center operations and ensure critical systems reliability.
