The Facilities Technician at Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida performs routine and preventive maintenance across club facilities, ensuring safe, clean, and welcoming spaces for youth, staff and visitors.

Under direction of the Director of Facilities and Fleet Operations, this hourly, non-exempt role handles repairs, inspections and preventive tasks while coordinating with vendors and contractors to keep sites in good order.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general repairs and maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, and minor HVAC troubleshooting.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, grounds, equipment, and fixtures to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks on building systems, equipment, tools, and facility components as assigned.
