Job summary

PopStroke Holdings LLC is seeking a Facilities Technician to maintain and improve our venues, both indoors and outdoors. You will conduct inspections, perform repairs, and manage landscaping and safety systems to ensure guest and staff safety and a fresh, welcoming environment.

The role requires weekend availability and a hands-on, team-oriented approach to upkeep and safety. This non-exempt position pays hourly, with opportunities to contribute to storm prep and facility projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance and landscaping.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair techniques and landscaping principles.
• Experience operating equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Experience working with cleaning products and chemicals.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and landscaping requirements.
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC system maintenance.
• Perform landscaping duties.
• Monitor and maintain the misting system.
• Maintain all areas in a safe and clean condition by sweeping, mopping, and pressure washing.
• Monitor and replenish supplies.
• Report any maintenance needs and hazards to a supervisor immediately.
• Complete maintenance checklists.
• Assist with storm preparedness and recovery tasks.
• Remove trash, safely operate a trash compactor, and ensure cleanliness of the trash compactor area.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for guests and employees.
• Assist with special tasks and projects.
• Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
