Job summary

Pegasus Support Services, LLC is seeking a Stationary Engineer for the Hruska Courthouse in Omaha, Nebraska. The role focuses on maintaining boiler and chiller systems, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring safe, compliant facility operations.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, range of electrical work, and emergency repairs as needed, with overtime and weekend shifts possible. Candidates should have 2+ years in building ops and NEC knowledge.

Qualifications

• Two or more years' experience in physical plant and building operations including boiler/chiller/pneumatic systems for medium to large facilities.
• Must have an understanding of US NEC.
• Must have an excellent understanding of all safety directives and polices regarding facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance repair and troubleshooting for boiler and chiller systems and apparatus.
• Conducts preventive maintenance inspections and repairs in all assigned facilities.
• Supports the maintenance, servicing, and repair of low/high voltage and other associated equipment.
• May be required to conduct emergency services and repairs.
• Maintenance of Low-Pressure Steam and Hydronic Boiler systems with knowledge of required service equipment.
• Complies with all safety/environmental standards.
• Responsible for maintaining assigned tools and equipment.
• Physical demands: Ability to continuously stand or walk, bend, squat, pull and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties or assignments as required.
