Job summary

JLL is hiring for a facilities maintenance role at our Oxford, OH location. You will perform preventative maintenance, basic HVAC and plumbing tasks, painting, and general upkeep of building interiors and exteriors. The role emphasizes safety and high-quality service to clients and teams on-site.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Record readings and make adjustments to ensure proper operation of equipment.
• Troubleshoot simple AC/DC electrical circuits using appropriate tools.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems and building components.
• Maintain and repair plumbing, doors, lockers and interior fixtures.
• Paint building interiors/exteriors and perform general handyman tasks.
• Move office furniture, equipment and materials as requested.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and across facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Record readings and make adjustments where necessary to ensure proper operation of equipment.
• Use of appropriate tooling to troubleshoot simple AC/DC electrical circuits.
• Basic knowledge and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.
• Troubleshooting and repairs to miscellaneous operational equipment as needed.
• Perform the repair, maintenance, restoration, and replacement of various components of the physical structure of the buildings.
• Maintain and repair locks, locking mechanisms, closers, doors, furniture and controllers.
• Maintain and complete documentation for fire extinguishers, other fire life safety systems and other building systems.
• Maintain and repair plumbing components including toilets, urinals, lavatories, flush valves, sinks, drains, water heaters, piping, and sump pumps.
• Prepare, prime and paint building interior and exterior surfaces and perform general handyman tasks to maintain buildings.
• General interior maintenance - hang pictures, install keyboard trays, repair office furniture systems.
• Completes special tasks that include but are not limited to; painting, locksmith work, tenant services requests, and general maintenance as assigned.
• Moves office furniture, machinery, equipment and other materials as requested.
• Work with clients to provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a positive working relationships across all of the Operations facilities.
• Any and all other duties assigned by leadership.
