Position Overview

Maverik/Kum & Go is hiring a Maintenance Technician based in Las Vegas, NV to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and general facility upkeep across our retail locations. This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay, comprehensive benefits, bonus eligibility, and in-store discounts.

THIS POSITION IS BASED IN LAS VEGAS, NEVADA ONLY

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment.
2. Perform routine, preventive maintenance to ensure our stores and equipment operate properly.
3. Perform basic trade functions including electrical, plumbing, and repairing wiring, components, pipe systems, machinery, or equipment.
4. Use tools ranging from hand and power tools to precision measuring instruments and testing devices.
5. Diagnose mechanical problems and determine corrective actions, referencing blueprints, manuals, or catalogs as needed.
6. Dismantle devices to access and remove defective parts.
7. Paint or repair building structures such as roofs, windows, doors, floors, and drywall.
8. Review gauges and indicators to ensure proper machine operation.
9. Maintain and repair specialized equipment and machinery in food service environments.
10. Perform general building or property cleaning.
11. Must maintain a valid driver’s license and pass a driving record check.
12. Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma/GED required.

Experience

• 1+ years in related field preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Cherwell is a plus.

Physical Requirements

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00/hourly
