Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Facilities Technician at Lake Worth, FL headquarters. You will respond to maintenance work orders, inspect facilities, grounds, and vehicles, and perform preventative repairs.

You will track requests, procure supplies, follow OSHA safety standards, and assist with events and donated items. A high school diploma or GED and a valid Florida driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years experience in facility maintenance and/or construction.
• Valid Florida driver's license required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete facility maintenance work orders, including emergency requests.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities, grounds, and vehicles to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs while maintaining clean, safe work areas.
• Assist with special events, organizational activities, and pickup/storage of donated items.
• Track work orders, purchase supplies, and follow OSHA and workplace safety standards.

Job Details: Job Location: Lake Worth Headquarters - Lake Worth, FL 33461, Salary Range: $21.00 Hourly, Position Overview: The Facilities Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs for all facilities, grounds and vehicles.

Here's what the job involves:

• Respond to and complete facility maintenance work orders, including emergency requests as assigned.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities, grounds, and vehicles to identify and address maintenance or safety concerns.
• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs while maintaining clean, safe work areas.
• Assist with special events, organizational activities, and the pickup and storage of donated items.
• Track work orders, purchase necessary supplies and materials, and follow OSHA and workplace safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Applicants should have at minimum a high school diploma or GED
• Two (2) years experience in facility maintenance and/or construction required.
• A valid Florida's driver's license is required
• Be 21 years or older
