Job summary

Castelion is seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to maintain and ensure the operational integrity of our facilities. The role covers plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks with an emphasis on safety and independence in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of facilities maintenance experience, can pass site background checks, and are comfortable working at heights and lifting up to 35 lbs. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
• Must be able to pass background checks as required by job site regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks involving bending, climbing ladders, grasping, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching.
• Comfortable working at elevated heights (up to 300 feet) and using ladders or aerial lifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks and non-technical repairs related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Conduct general upkeep of the facility including painting, patching walls, replacing ceiling/floor tiles, and carpeting.
• Inspect and maintain interior and exterior areas of the site such as walls, floors, fixtures, roofing, and lighting.
• Support janitorial and hospitality teams with tasks such as furniture moves, event setup/teardown, and waste removal.
• Assist in managing site-wide operations and maintenance programs as assigned.
• Safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts when necessary.
• Open, track, and resolve electronic work tickets through the internal work order system.

Facilities Technician
