COMPENSATION: $19.00 - $25.00 an hour DOE

Purpose

The Facility Maintenance Technician performs routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and systems, enhancing the member experience and ensuring operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is engaging, diligent, organized, results-driven, and excellent in customer service and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with the General Manager, document work, and seek feedback.
• Coordinate work schedules with the General Manager.
• Inspect and test equipment and systems.
• Ensure safety of members, staff, and assets.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in various systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance as per CMMS.
• Respond promptly to work requests.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
• Monitor and maintain equipment performance.
• Handle emergency repairs swiftly.
• Collaborate with team members, contractors, and vendors.
• Perform general upkeep tasks such as painting, carpentry, and groundskeeping.

Requirements

Preferred qualifications include experience in maintenance or related fields, with a focus on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
