Qualifications

• Provide and maintain a safe and comfortable environment for children in care.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to facilities systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting.
• Identify safety issues and correct them immediately.
• Perform carpentry, patching, painting, and roof repairs.
• Address plumbing leaks and ensure functional fixtures.
• Ensure lights, switches, and outlets are safe and functional.
• Conduct safety and security inspections of playgrounds and property.
• Assist in renovations inspections and new construction.
• Identify potential capital replacement needs and communicate recommendations.
