Job summary

CSI Electrical Contractors, Inc. in California seeks a Facilities Technician to maintain the facility, grounds, and support core values while coordinating with the Facilities Department.

You will perform general maintenance (plumbing, drywall, carpentry, lighting), event setup, janitorial tasks, and stock facilities supplies, with a focus on safety and reliability.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Facilities Technician will work in the Facilities Department to ensure the proper working order of the facility, grounds and display company core values.

Essential Functions

• Facility maintenance.
• General facilities repair – plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, flooring, light fabrication, landscaping, and light HVAC
• Preventative maintenance of the facility, appliances, and equipment
• Furniture and appliance assembly and disassembly
• Event setup and tear down
• Janitorial/cleaning
• Maintaining facilities supplies

ABOUT YOU

• May work in areas with large industrial equipment subject to high noise levels.
• May occasionally work in areas with hazardous chemicals.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate $29.00-$35.00/ hour (Non-Exempt)
  • Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. CSI reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the selected candidate's qualifications.
