Acutronic Group is seeking a Facilities Technician to maintain the safety, cleanliness, functionality, and overall condition of company facilities in Pittsburgh, PA. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, respond to service requests, coordinate contractors, and support company events and facility projects.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of facilities maintenance or related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect facility systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve basic facility issues.
• Replace light bulbs, filters, and other maintenance supplies.
• Perform seasonal exterior maintenance.
• Maintain tools, equipment, work areas, and maintenance supplies in an organized condition.
• Monitor facility conditions and report major repairs, safety concerns, or other issues to management.
• Coordinate outside contractors, vendors, inspections, and service visits.
• Maintain records related to contractors, inspections, elevators, sprinkler systems, and other facility services.
• Assist with event and relocation setup and breakdown, including moving furniture, tables, chairs, tents, and equipment.
• Support preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
