A maintenance technician is responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, ensuring heating and plumbing systems perform at optimum functionality, installing HVAC, and other tasks associated with preventative maintenance. The goal is to maintain the facilities and common areas in the best possible condition.
High school diploma, GED or equivalent. Ability to read and write English fluently, accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions and understand and perform all on‑site resident management software functions. EPA technician certification required.
Minimum of three years’ experience as a residential property management maintenance technician. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Must be able to communicate with tenants and maintain good working relationships with other staff members, tenants, and supervisors as well as contract laborers working on the property.
Ability to work any of the seven days of the week, 52 weeks of the year, with consistent hours and overtime when requested. Ability to serve as on‑call, as scheduled or as necessary. Travel may be required to attend owner gatherings or resident events, including after‑hours events.
Basic computer/Internet knowledge.
Must be capable of physically accessing all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying or maneuvering weights up to 50 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

This non‑exempt role has an anticipated hourly pay range of $25.00‑$27.88 for a new employee, depending on experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, client/property or company budgetary limitations, and other job‑related factors. The position may be eligible for discretionary and/or performance‑based bonuses on a spot or annual basis. Overtime is eligible for hours worked in excess of 40 per week. Minimum full‑time (30+ hours/week) entitles two weeks paid vacation, three weeks sick and related leave, eleven paid holidays, and health & welfare benefits as outlined on the Company’s website.
