GGP is seeking a Facilities Technician to support Operations Manager on safety plans, standards, and asset maintenance. The role includes troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance across building systems at Ridgedale Center.
The position requires 2–3 years in building maintenance, a valid driver's license, and strong communication. Some evenings, weekends, and emergency response may be required. OSHA and Outlook familiarity are a plus.

Position Summary The Facilities Technician is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager or Manager on Duty with the implementation of safety plans, operating standards and guidelines, troubleshooting, repairs, and performing preventative maintenance required to maintain the physical assets of the property.
