GGP is seeking a Facilities Technician to support operations at Ridgedale Center. You will assist with safety plans, preventive maintenance, and repairs to protect property assets and ensure efficient operations.
You will work with the Operations Manager or Manager on Duty, perform maintenance tasks, and help coordinate with tenants and vendors while upholding OSHA standards and company safety policies.

The Facilities Technician is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager or Manager on Duty with the implementation of safety plans, operating standards and guidelines, troubleshooting, repairs, and performing preventative maintenance required to maintain the physical assets of the property.

The employee may frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The noise level in this work environment is usually moderate. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, toxic chemicals, and outside weather conditions.
